Location and access

We are in the heart of Bath near the Abbey, not far from Thermae Bath Spa and just 10 minutes from the Bath bus and railway stations.

Shop access is at ground level and easy, but if you have mobility issues and want to visit our therapy rooms please let us know before you book in.

We are in a typical Georgian building spread over 5 floors and the therapy rooms are all up stairs. The stairs to the rooms 1 and 2 on the first floor are quite wide but the 2nd and 3rd floors have narrow winding stairs. There are handrails all the way up and safety treads on the stairs. Some of of our practitioners do offer home visits for people with mobility issues or online sessions.

Therapy Room Information

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy and you will be charged 50% if you cancel within 48 hours or 100% if you just do not show up.

Access to the therapy rooms, (if the shop is not open) is through the side-door next to Nick Wylde the Jewellers. Ring the doorbell for your practitioner.

Please note that all appointment times quoted include time to for notes to be taken and for you to get changed. 

If you book on line via Fresha you will need to put in your card details but payment will not be taken until the day. If you book in the shop or over the phone you will need to pay when you book if you are a new client or have not seen the practitioner for a long time. So long as you give 48 hours notice the full amount will be refunded if you need to cancel.

We are in central Bath, so please be aware you will hear the sounds of the city. Most times this is not a problem but mid-summer it can be busy. We do offer ear plugs if needed!

Give us a call or email then come in to collect. Or get it delivered by post, or even ask if one of us can deliver to your door if you live locally. We can deliver to Bath, Bradford on Avon, Box and some other local areas – please ask.

If for any reason, you would like to book a phone or video call, in place of shopping in person, let us know via email or WhatsApp. We can book that in for you and help you with your purchase choices.

If you have a herbal prescription, tincture to make up or lots of herbs to buy we would be grateful if you could give us at least 24 hours notice and email the order through first so we have time to make these up for you.

Our masseurs work holistically and will tailor the massage to suit you rather than do an identical treatment each time. You can also treat yourself to rejuvenating face massages or facials using Neal’s Yard Remedies products.

For more specific health problems we offer Acupuncture, Cranial Osteopathy, Nutrition, Health Kinesiology,  Ayurveda, and Naturopathy. We also have a psychotherapist and Life Coaches.

Working with pregnancy and children

Many of our practitioners are trained to work with pregnancy and children.
