The shop is in Northumberland Place, a pedestrian only lane that runs between Union Street and High Street. We are on the corner of Northumberland Place and Union passage.
At the High Street it emerges opposite the Guildhall with Portofino Fish Restaurant on the corner.
At Union Street the lane starts opposite Clark’s Shoe shop and has Sketchers at the end.
The lane is situated just north of the Abbey if arriving at Bath bus station or Bath railway station walk towards the city centre looking out for the Abbey and then walk beyond the Abbey to find our street.

Park and Ride
There are disabled parking bays on High Street outside the Guildhall. There are double doors to the shop and only a gentle slope into the shop so it is easy to access for push chairs and wheel-chairs.
However, the therapy rooms are all on the upper floors. The first flight of stairs is quite wide with hand rails on both sides. There is a turn at the top with another few steps and there are chairs so that you can sit on the landing here to wait for appointments in rooms 1 and 2. If you think you can manage this but not any higher let us know and we will do our best to find an appointment for you in room 1 or 2.
The main waiting area with a customer toilet and baby changing mat is on the second floor beside room 3. The stairs to this floor turn through 180 degrees and are not as easy to manage as the lower stairs.
There are more stairs again with turns to the top floor and rooms 4 and 5 although the distance from 2nd to 3rd floor is less than 1st to 2nd.
Anyone who is unable to manage stairs is welcome to give us a call as a few of our therapists are able to do home visits (if you live locally) and others offer chair massage on the shop floor.
