The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier, whilst giving an added sense of overall wellbeing and relaxation.
This monthly class will combine the three aspects of Face Yoga: Face Exercise, Face Massage and Face Acupressure. These specific techniques are designed to provide a natural way of lifting and toning the muscles and skin of the face, increase circulation and reduce tension. The result is a healthier and firmer complexion and glow to the skin.
Each session you will receive a personalised face yoga programme, to use independently, so that you can experience the benefits of face yoga in your everyday life.
Emma Foster is qualified in Advanced Executive Coaching and has trained as a Hatha Yoga Teacher with the Sivananda School of Yoga. She has also trained in Teen Yoga with Universal Yoga, Bath, and most recently has successfully qualified as a teacher of The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method.
