Baby Massage is a highly therapeutic treatment for both baby and parent it can bring so many physical and emotional benefits for both, strengthening your relationship and building confidence and trust through your loving touch. Studies and trials have found that massaging your baby can relieve symptoms of colic; help babies relax and sleep more, help mothers with postnatal depression and promote the growth and development of premature babies. Above all it is such a wonderful way to bond with your baby and enjoy the closeness it brings.

I will work with you 1:1, at your pace in a relaxed and calm space, to demonstrate the massage techniques for you to learn and share with your baby. We will let your baby guide us and create a flexible, relaxing experience for you both.

My interest in complimentary therapies began whilst I was working in London and after discovering Neal’s Yard it soon became my sanctuary against the stresses of a busy life! I became very interested in the properties of essential oils, particularly their impact on emotional well-being, and went on to study them in more depth, gaining my Diploma in Aromatherapy and Massage during 2009.

I massaged my own children from birth and loved every minute of those special times, it is a joy to share my knowledge and witness the amazing emotional and physical benefits it brings to baby and parent.
